    Try the Help file. Look for “Export movie”.

    To encode in Premiere or Encore results are the same. Exporting a 2 hours DV.avi from Premiere results in a 26 GB file. Exporting Mpeg 2 from Premiere results in a 4 GB file. Both apps use the same encoding engine.
    I export Mpeg 2 for DVD elementary streams in Premiere for use in Encore.
    File>Export>Adobe Media Encoder
    Format= Mpeg 2 DVD
    Range= Entire Sequence
    Preset= Your choice
    (can you calculate bitrate / time)?
