    Exporting Text Effects with transparent background ???

    Hi there,

    I’m loving the new texts effects included in FCPX.

    However the current project I have been working on is all in FCP7.

    So…i was wondering how I can create and export a particular text effect from FCPX and import into FCP7 with a transparent background.

    Does anyone know how to achieve this ??

    Use the Export Media function and set the codec to ProRes 4444.
