Hi all, thank you for your time. I have created subtitles with the PP subtitle tool, which doesn’t let you choose the font. I want to export the video for an iPad app, with those subtitles embedded. Here’s the trick: the video must not be larger than 100 MB.
    Questions:

    – is there a better way to do subtitles than the native subtitle editor in PP?
    – I have exported the video as a Quick Time with the subs embedded before, but the subtitles did not show.
    – What are the best settings to export the video as I would like it?

    Thank you very much!

By “subtitle”, do you mean the closed captions? And by “subtitles embedded”, do you mean open captions?

For now, you need to use the titler or a 3rd party plugin for that, but in the next release…

Hello James, thank you for your response. Yes, I mean “closed captions”. It was a mistranslation on my part because in the German version of PP they are called “Untertitel” (subtitles). Will look into titler for now, but what good news from Adobe! 🙂
