  Exporting Sony EX-1 Footage in FCP6 for Another Editor

  Hey everyone, I have some green screen footage which I shot on a SOny EX-1 (1920X1080, 30P) that is going to be used by another editor. I used the Log and Transfer option in FCP to import the footage. I then set in and out points for the clips I need to send. I want to send the highest quality (lossless if possible) to this editor and have to do so online through an FTP Server. Minimal file size would be a plus. Do you have any suggestions for export type and other settings?
