Exporting QT of Downconverted P2 footage to NTSC
I am trying to export a timeline of HD footage (taken from a P2 card) to a quicktime movie in NTSC (using FCP).
However, I can’t get the NTSC quicktime to format 4:3 with the video in widescreen.
Any suggestions?

I think you have to place the HD sequence in a SD timeline. This will letterbox the HD withing the 4:3 screen.
