  Exporting ProRes 4:2:2 for Film Fest – Settings?

  I have a short film I directed & is going to be screened at a large film festival.

  I have a 23.98, 1920 x 1080 ProRes 4:2:2 CTM & I’m marrying my sound mix to the CTM in FCP7. I wasn’t sure about export settings because it’s going to be screened in a 500 seat theater with a “Unity RGB” projector. I know in Avid you’d just select RGB color space when exporting, but what about FCP?

  Also, if I’m making a new ProRes 4:2:2, do I want to make sure I have unchecked “recompress all files”? I dont’ want to add any additional compression to the NEW ProRes 4:2:2.

  I’m also concerned about gamma and the color spacing being correct. I’ve been told the festival projector (in a large opera house) has a gamma set @ 2.6
