Alrighty, I am currently editing some video. I have split the video in several parts but now I need to separate them into two different files, How would I go about doing this ?

Make a timeline selection, click Render As and check the Render Loop Region only option

While we are on the subject, Any way to do it without rendering ? That way I can still keep it cut as I am moving it ?

Yes. Create nested projects. Just delete half of the video and save it as one project, then delete the other half and save it as another. Now drop both projects into a 3rd project and the nested projects will act as one piece of media. You can always right-click on the nested project and choose to edit the original project from the context menu.
