I recently installed Vegas 6. I store music from CD’s on a USB drive attached to the Vegas computer. I have two older Premier 6.0 boxes. I transer music as it’s needed from Vegas to Premier. The music is captured using the windows media player and saved as a windows media file. I then convert the windows media to MP3 and use a memory stick.

Things were working fine until this week. I now get a runtime error and then a system crash when trying to export the audio.

    Any idea on what’s happened?

    Thanks

Can’t you just attach the hard drive to each computer as needed and transfer from/to each system that way? Better yet would be to network the computers.

Bad memory in your USB stick?
