I ‘think’ your client does not own the EVS, but is renting it for an event. (But what do I know…)

In AME, use from Broadcast:
DNXHD Op1a
Specify 1080i 59.94, and choose DNX SQ

Should do the trick I would think.

I will give that a try. In the meantime we might also see if we can play video from front of house and not from the production truck.

That could very well save us a headache at the event.
