  exporting HD 24p movie from FCP to grade

  Im exporting a movie from FCP and now at the grading stage.
  Movie is HD 24p.

  I want to export the movie, exported as self reference and bring into a baselight grading suite through virtual vtr, https://www.virtualvtr.com/, but the QT movie is out of sync constantly. 3 -4 frames. Any reason why?

  Exported self contained and reference movie but still out
