  exporting from Avid to iDVD settings

  I want to export my timeline from Avid MC to
  iDVD. I am working on a Mac.
  The footage was shot in standard 4:3 but i want
  to get the 16:9 look.

  I tried exporting to quicktime reference,
  but the video was very pixelated especially where there is movement.

  What is the best DVD export setting to get a nice clear picture,
  with an aspect ratio of 16:9, from original 4:3 footage
