    could you please let me know the best way to export footage from adobe After Effects while maintaining the highest quality possible?

    Use any of the lossless codecs.
    It’s much more complicated than that. What are you doing and where are you going with the output?

    You have to provide some info to what you are going to output (DVD, Flash, HD, custom formats) otherwise this is going nowhere. If I were in a particularly funny mood I’d be advising you to save out everything as 32 bpc, 4k HDR images but except for clogging your hard drives, it wouldn’t do you any good, if you get my meaning. ;O)
