Hi Greg,
If you are happy with your HD sequence, just do what Andrew suggests: Open an SD sequence a drop your full HD sequence on it. Your HD sequence should fit in a 720×840 NTSC Anamorphic sequence.

I’m really confused on this issue. Would you mind sharing your complete settings for your SD sequence, assuming that you are going to keep it as a 16×9 sequence. 720×840 can’t possibly be correct for SD-NTSC.
