Exporting EDL from Media100
I have a Media 100 v8.2.3. I just got an Avid Media Composer v3.1.1. What do I export my Media 100 EDL’s as to import into the Media Composer? It shows seven different EDL types to export as.

Why don´t you try them and look which one comes over best???

There’s absolutely no harm in trying them all and comparing. You shouldn’t need to actually re-digitize in Avid to tell if something’s not the way you want it.
Having said that, I’d try CMX 3600 first. Only because that seemed to be the one I settled on over the years and was most familiar with if I needed to manually edit it.
