I did a little video for a local nonprofit and the national organization asked to use it for their national campaign.

From what I can gather, they’re only going to change out the graphics using FCP. They asked for a prorez copy to be uploaded. That’s obviously not an option for me with CC on a PC. So with the plethora of export flavors available in PP CC…and keeping the file size manageable…what would be the best option?

The specs for the project to be uploaded is 1920X1080 at 23.98. Running time about 2 minutes.

    Thanks!

DNxHD and AVC-Intra are similar to ProRes. You could also use uncompressed 4:2:2 YUV; the file will be about 11GB.
