dont have the alpha options on Pro Res 4444.. any ideas how i can export alpha out of here? without upgrading…

Try selecting 32 bit and see if your alpha options are available.
System:
Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
Win 7 64-bit

Adobe CC 2017.1 (as of 8/2017)
256GB SSD system drive
