Exporting AAF from AVID Error message
Hi,
After trying to export an AAF to bring into DaVinci Resolve I got the following message: “AAF export involving ProRes media using any method other than “Link To” is not allowed!
After troubleshooting my TIFF bars and tone was the reason for this message.
After removing the TIFF of bars and tone off of the video track I was exporting as an AAF, issue resolved!
Hope this helps someone out there.

Thanks! AAF does not like having codecs in the timeline. Removing the TIFF now got it back to all ProRes media.
