exporting a single frame from FCP
How do I export a single frame of video as a JPG from the time line to use for print items like a DVD cover.

File>Export>quickTime Conversion. Set the Format popup to Still Image. Click Options to pick a file type. You might need to resize the image compensate for the rectangular pixel aspect ratio.
