Exporting a flash file from premiere that needs to be 30 mb and is 30 mins. long
I need to export a flash file from premiere that needs to be 30 mb or less and is 30 mins. long. If premiere can not do it is there another software that can? The file needs to be 320×240.

Alvin, you should check with your client about deliverable specs and show them what a 320×240 file looks like at that low of data rate. Are they looking for FLV or SWF?
Short answers is you are not going to fit 1mb per min into an encode.
