Exporting 16:9 sequence as self-contained movie
Posted by Niklas Wikman on March 23, 2009 at 11:16 amI have two 16:9 sequences (DV25) that I want to bunk to tape.
I export “Use current settings” but the QT file is not anamorphic? Why?

All the best,

March 23, 2009 at 12:18 pmIt sets the blank sequence to non-anamorphic and if I look at the clip properties, Anamorphic is NOT ticked.
Sure, I could put the clip to the timeline and then set the timeline to Anamorphic, but would that really put the file onto DV tape as Anamorphic/16:9 ?

March 23, 2009 at 12:26 pmIt sounds as if the wrong settings were used to capture the material. Is it anamorphic? If it is the check box should be set for the clips. Select all the clips and right-click in the anamorphic column. Make a new sequence setting that’s DV anamorphic and make a new sequence.
All the best,
Tom
