Hi,
Does anyone know if there is such a possibility of exporting one video file with different bitrate values inside it?
For example, If I export a 3-hour video, of which two hours are lecture and one hour of a show, the lecture is not important to me to be in a high quality,
but the show is important.
Is there any software capable of doing this?
ultimstly I’m asking if there is a way to control the VBR myself of how much bitrate to give to each frame over time.
(So I can give the lectures low bitrate and the show- a high bitrate)
Of course – all this is because I’m limited by the weight of the final file.

No, sorry, you cannot have two data rates inside the same file. I mean, it can be variable, but that means that it just hovers near a set data rate, going slightly up or down as it plays. But no, you can’t have a really high one in one area, and then really low in another.
