Export Video to jpeg
I shot some footage for a client and I want to take the footage (30p) and create it as a jpeg. I have done this before with other footage ie create still image. But it was with interlaced footage. I had to pull the footage before and put it into photoshop and do somethings to it. Is that still true with 30p footage or can I just create the still image and then export it as a jpeg?

You should be able to export a 30p still frame as long as your sequence is set to a field dom of ‘None’.
