    Hello,
I just made a vid, and wanna upload it to youtube, so as far as I know I have to click “export” than I can choose between:
    – adobe flash player
    – adobe flash professional
    – adobe premier pro project

And I don’t know which to choose, and which one works..
    Thanks!

In After Effects, it is usually best to use the “Render” option. Go to Composition in the top bar, then select “Add To Render Queue”. The composition/video will then be added to this queue, where you can change the setting for the final video. When you have entered the settings you’d like, click on “Render”.

To add to the previous post, although AE gives you various render options, it is best to use Adobe Media Encoder to compress/render for the web. Open your AE project in Adobe Media Encoder. This will give you a window where all your comps in that project will show up on the right (it may take a while to load them so be patient). Choose the comp you want to render and then choose one of the presets. For YouTube .flv/f4v should do the trick.
