  export to .flv produces large files size

  I have a Premiere project that has a linked Aftereffects green screen composition. I am trying to export it to .flv.

  I have set all my setting in the export dialog and the estimated file size is 10MB. But after the export, the file size is 170 MB. Any idea on what’s going on?
