Hello – I burned an 11 minute scene to DVD this morning. I used the top most encoder preset:
“NTSC DV 16×9 LOw Quality 3MB VBR 1 Pass” The result looks fine, but it’s a little small on the TV screen.
Does anyone know the advantages of the other presets? Thanks Raymond

A higher bitrate, like 7 mbps would make your footage look even finer and a preset with 4:3 aspect ratio will fill up the screen.

To add on what Mike said, Premiere’s presets states High Quality and Low quality at the front of each description. Use one stated High Quality and compare the results.

    Good luck,
