export timecode question
i’m going bleary-eyed reading the manual and searching the web.
maybe someone here can point me in the right direction.i need to create a dvcam tape (we have the dsr 25) with specific
timecode on it. is there a way when outputing from either the
timeline, print to tape, or some other method, to set specific
timecode for my output video? iow, if i want the first frame
output from my timeline to be 09:23:16:12, how do i get that
output such that the first frame on the tape is also 09:23:16:12?this is NOT a question about burn-in timecode. i need this to be
system readable (i’m avoiding calling it SMPTE but that’s
essentially what i need), not human readable. -

Select the timeline in your browser then Modify/Timecode, this will let you change the starting timecode for your sequence.
