  Export time in CS6 – one sequence only

  Recently I shot an all-day seminar. After importing all the files to PP CS6, I divided the material into 6 sequences, each about 55 – 59 minutes long.

  Each sequence takes about 2 hrs. to export, except for number 5, which takes about 7 hours! All the graphics are the same, the sequence settings are the same, same transitions, same everything as far as I can tell. Any ideas why this one sequence would be so slow?

  (I’m queuing all the files in the export settings window and letting Adobe Media Encoder run all night.)
