export subtitle information – is there a way?
hey everyone,
I’ve subtitled a minidv copy of a feature shot on 35mm using FCP. Now the film itself will screen at a festival, and
they need a list of the subtitles for the electronic translation during the screening.the text in the text generator won’t show up if you export an EDL, but they will show up
if you export an XML — but it still means going through everything and deleting all the unecessary
information (of which there is A LOT). Does anyone know of a better way to get the subtitle info?thanks in advance 🙂
