    – H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Main Profile (AAC LC)
    MPEG-1 (MPEG Audio Layer 2)
MPEG-2 PS (MPEG2 Audio Layer 2, AAC LC, AC3(Dolby Digital), LPCM)

H264 is a codec available as a Quicktime export option, but not the many variants. I use QT Pro for better results.

Are you saying that if I have Quicktime Pro installed on my computer that it will open up those other export settings?

    Thanks for the help!

QT Pro is a stand alone app, it does not change Premiere’s options.
