    Hi there,

I am looking for more exporting help. The company that I am doing a job for has asked me for a .mov file in a good clean 512 x 288.

To be honest, I can make a decent film and edit to a reasonable level, but codecs and exporting is like Greek to me.

I have figured out how to do this in the export window, but the finished product looks terrible compared to if I was to do it as a standard 1920 x 1080, which I normally use for stuff that goes on the web. Again, I have a very shaky grasp of what this all means.

Can anyone tell me the best export settings to use to get a ‘good clean 512 x 288’

I have shot the piece on a canon 5dii at 23.976fps if that helps any.

apologies for my ignorance, but this is my first dealing with designers who are asking for specific formats.

Thanks for this, but I have adjusted this on the settings but am getting a poor quality end product. Is there anything I can do to get a better quality film with these dimensions?

Are aiming for a .h264 .mp4? or flash file or what?

Have you tried upping that data rate?
