    how do I export markers with a quick video? Or can I?

    I am working on a music video and I am doing the editing in Final Cut pro I have like 50 or cuts in this and I want to import the quicktime into after effects to work on the post. but I dont want to sit there and mark all the cuts in AE. is there a way to bring in marker data from Final Cut into AE?
