  Export issue ON DEADLINE! sound synch

  I am usung FCP 3.0 to capture an entire mini-DV tape. This works fine, even with capture now.
  I am burning time code onto the screen with the TCG filter.
  When I export the file using photo-jpeg between low/mid quality it creates an hour long quicktime file but the sound loses synch about halfway through. Its SEVERAL seconds out of synch by the end of the movie file.
  Should I use something other than photo-jpeg to export?
  I need to keep the file size just under 8 gigs. Why is it going out of synch?
  I need to create DVD’s of the mini DV tapes with time code on the screen, and I have very little time left….
