I need to know the best settings to export HD footage in premiere pro CS4. Here is an example of what I am coming up with https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qTGQF8mqu_k (I was not running the camera BTW)
On my computer everything looks crisp and clean but after exporting it, it looks terrible. Here is an example of what I want it to look like https://vimeo.com/19176896 When you watch both of them full screen the Youtube one looks terrible when you watch the Vimeo one it looks great full screen. My export settings are as follows:
    Format: H.264
    Width:1920
    Height: 1080
    Frame Rate: 29.97
    Field Order: None Progressive
    Pixel Aspect Ratio: Square Pixels
    Profile: High
    Level: 4.2
    Bitrate Encoding: VBR 2 Pass
    Target Bitrate: 6
    Max Bitrate: 9
The footage was shot on a Sony HVR-V1U which is shooting in 1080 60i.

Your setting are fine. You’re watching in 360P. Click the ‘360P’ on the bar and choose ‘720P’.

Upload YT again, you should have a 1080p setting instead of just 720p.
