  Export HD XDCAM Project to Quicktime

  Hi,

  I’ve got a project made from XDCAM clips wrapped in aiff wrappers in MC 3.0.

  Project Type: 1080p/23.976
  Raster: Standard (1920 x 1080)

  Ready to export it.

  Want to export to Quicktime and/or Avid HDV.

  Can someone walk me through a basic Quicktime export, in particular what codec to use?

  Also, advice on the optimal way to export HDV projects for distribution (DVD and YouTube, for example), would be helpful.
