    everytime i export and burn a movie to DVD the video plays back choppy and not high quality like when i export it to a movie file. why is this? how can i correct this? what setting(s) do i need to set the DVD burning to and how can i accomplish this? the porperties of my video file say:

    File size 3.2 GB
    Image Size 720×480
    Pixel Depth: 32
    Frame Rate: 29.97
    Total Duration: 00;1;50:;00
    Average Data Rate: 29.6 MB / second
    Pixel Aspect Ratio: 0.9
