Export full quality movie to DVD in Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0?
everytime i export and burn a movie to DVD the video plays back choppy and not high quality like when i export it to a movie file. why is this? how can i correct this? what setting(s) do i need to set the DVD burning to and how can i accomplish this? the porperties of my video file say:

Looks like your frame rates are causing the problem. Your AE file’s frame rate is 24, where as your DVD one is 29.97.

But how do you know the file’s frame rate is 24? how do i get the dvd frame rate to 24 or the file to 29.97 to make it compatible for burning? thanks for any help!
