export from quicktime pro pc problems (old post with no reply 05-30-2006)

when i export a mov blackmagic 10bit 422 into an other format from quicktime(anyone:pjeg, mp4, h264…) there is really a problem in the video: a good noisy color video, but not my original footage!This issue is only exporting a decklink video from quicktime on windows. From ppro or after , no problems.
Any idea?

I could be wrong here, but I don’t beleive Quick Time Pro was ever intended to recognize the BM codecs for export. I am not running QTpro on my decklink system, or would check it. What is wrong with export directly out of Premiere Pro? If I read your post right, that works ok.
