In a attempt to solve the “out of memory” problem I outlined in the post under this one…I brought the files into Premiere and am exporting them to Encore.

What I’m getting is that when I export Preiere wants to open Encore in a new project…bla, bla ..bla. Waht I would like is to just be able to save the files in transcoded format and I will import them into the proper project. Can I do this somehow?

    Thanks in advance.

Seeing as you rendered the QT files from AE, could you not just bypass Prem and render the files as mpeg2 from AE instead? Then Encore won’t have to transcode them at all (assuming the files will actually fit on the disc – if they’re too big then Encore will have to transcode to make them smaller).
