    Export frame from RED

    Hi,
    When exporting a PICT file from Red 4.3.3.1505 [Media 100 Suite 1.01], by simply going to FILE>Export>Current Frame, the resulting pic is colour accurate in preview, finder, flash, etc, but when opened in Photoshop CS3 is far darker than it ever was in Flash. The picture does not appear to have a colour profile assigned, but whether I assign a colour profile in Photoshop or use Preview to match to profile, I can’t accurately get the colours I had within RED, within Photoshop, =P.

    Any help…?
    Is there a profile I should be converting it to?
    Is there a setting in RED I should sort out before export?

    Just tried exporting as a Quicktime Image Sequence, and the png frames also open up dark in Photoshop, =/.

    Might be a mute point…even though it looks dark in Photoshop, even after saving from Photoshop, it looks brighter again via the Finder and Preview, etc. =P. Maybe I’ll have to edit in the dark, and trust it’ll all look fine when saved, ^_^.

    Oh hang on… proof colours,
    When I go VIEW>Proof Setup>Monitor RGB, and tick VIEW>Proof Colors, then it looks as bright as it did in RED. =P Sorry guys! Me being a n00b.
