Export as QuickTime Movie (repeatedly on other programs) does not lose quality?
Shorter version:
Does exporting footage as a QuickTime movie (non-compressed) from one program to another to another to another ever worsen the quality of the video?
Longer version:
I’m working on a video project in FCP7. Though, I will eventually have to export and work on the footage in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for other purposes. Would I need to export the footage as a QuickTime movie (non-compressed) to preserve the quality when bringing it into a different program? And when I’m finished with making changes to the footage in another program, can I export it back out again as a QuickTime movie (non-compressed) to bring it back into FCP7 without losing any quality throughout the entire process?

That’s the way. Use Apple 10b Uncompressed, and render with the higher bit depth and quality option in any application you process.
