  Export AAF from Adobe Premiere pro 1.5 into After Effects 6.5 pro

  Hi guys,

  Just a quickie here. Basically I was wondering what the main differfence importing a Adobe premiere Pro 1.5 project file into After Effects 6.5 pro and the timeline being re-created which i do all the time.

  And If I use a AAF exported from Adobe premiere pro 1.5 in to After Effects 6.5 pro. What advanatges would I get? what is the main difference vs importing AAF and Pro project from Premiere?

  Which is the best to use?
