    Hi everyone,

When I try and export a single clip out of my timeline (by double clicking on that clip and then going to ‘export’), none of the effects applied to the clip are rendered with the clip when it is exported.

This is problematic, as there are things I would like to do to a clip in Premiere before sending them out to other programs.

Exporting the entire timeline and having to manually adjust ins, outs, and deal with hiding any layers to achieve an what is basically an export of a single clip seems too inefficient to really be an option.

    Thoughts?

    Hi Niko,

In that case, all you are doing is exporting the source clip.

Using the shortcuts alt+[ and alt+] in your timeline, you will be able to easily add work area in / out points and send that portion to render queue as you go.

    Cheers,
