    Hey,

i created a matrix of cubes with mograph and then i converted them, so i got each cube as a single object. now i want to use a kind of a strenght field to let them exlode without being destructed. the “explosion object” makes little pieces of them, and the explosion fx object is not doing anything, maybe i am using it not wrong … so any idea to move a bunch of objects in a very handy way?

ps: i know its possible to do that with mograph, but in this case it
    must be done without.

    thanks Ronny!

    Try ExplosionFX instead or Dynamics

hey, the exlosion fx object brakes the cubes in little pieces, maybe there is a way to reduce the pieces to just one. jes and dynamics is lookin good, but in my case there to much cubes, it takes jears to adjust everything like i want it.

In the Explosion FX object’s Cluster tab, set the Min Polys to six. That way each cube will be considered one cluster. I’d also set thickness to zero (not needed since the cubes won’t be fragmented).
