Excalibur and several hours of tapes….
I’ve been using Excalibur for some time and it’s great…thanks Ed!
The question I have is that I have a four camera shoot tomorrow and the station I work for is expecting me to edit everything in a timely manner…enter Excalibur. The problem is that the program is going to go for several hours and all the cameramen will have numberous tape changes. Is there a way that Excalibur will read several tapes from the same timeline as a single event (as opposed to a one hour shoot which is pretty straight forward)?

It can. However, I prefer to do each set of tapes separately and then combine all the individual segments into a “final” project.
