EX3 & EX3 stereoscopic report online
Two new programs on the Reel Show Hardware Channel see the Sony EX3 camera being reviewed after a shoot in South Africa, before being placed with another EX3 in the P+S Technik 3D Stereo mirror rig.
Ralston Humble took two of the cameras out to South Africa in August. In the first 15-minute program (‘EX3 Review’), he details his experiences, running through the camera’s facilities and outlining how it
performed. He is then joined by 3D producer Phil Streather, the man behind Bugs 3D among others, for a second program, in which they place the cameras in the new mirror rig and discuss different techniques for shooting and posting stereo 3D, as well as explaining the merits of mirror rigs as opposed to parallel rigs.https://www.reel-show.tv/index.html?vidId=00062 to watch the EX3 review.
