EX-3 “Steady”
Hello, everyone
Later this fall, I’m going to sea again to shoot some folks working from a 100 foot boat. On my last trip, I struggled with getting shots of sunsets, other ships, etc. from the rolling ship, keeping the horizon steady.
I’m comfortable shooting hand-held and these old knees did pretty well, but I’m looking for a “portable” alternative, if any, to make this type of shooting more successful.Is there a gyro or small steadycam that I can rent to use with my EX-3 to make this type of shot work? The amount of gear I take is limited, so that’s always a factor as well.
