The sound suddenly stopped working on our EX-1 after a day of shooting mostly slow motion. Switching back to 24p or any other speed with interval & slow motion off, no inputs are seen by sound LED’s including internal mic. Any ideas of what is wrong?
We’ve reset all & removed lithium battery for a minute & replaced, but no sound inputs work. We are in Bhutan, a 3 day drive from nearest airport. The sound does not work either from internal mic or external inputs.
    Can anyone help ASAP?

    There’s two possibilities:

    1) User error. Turn up volume on monitoring system. Make sure dials are at 10 and not 0. Make sure you’re on Internal to check. Toggle AGC and Manual. Go into menus and adjust mic sensitivity up and down. Check all other menu audio settings. Make sure you haven’t done something to the “odd” channel 3 and 4 settings. Listen in an environment where there’s significant noise.

    2) Somethings wrong with the camera and having rebooted and done the above it needs servicing.
