  EX-1 phantom power issues??

  New EX-1 user, what sounded like the phantom on my wired shotgun turn off then back on, there were no bumps to the mic and all pads, settings, etc. were correct. I have isolated the spot in my footage and plan to send a clip to Sony. But was wondering if this is a know issue with a fix that I can reference with Sony, or am I completely out of my mind?
