    Hi!

I’m experimenting with some clay animations and use the “Frame recording” function on my XDCam EX-1 camera. This is basically recording a few frames every time you press the record button. Viewing the footage in the Camera or in the XDCam EX Browser software is OK. There the desired effect is achived. The single shot frames turns into motion.

OK, so on to editing. Exporting the files as MXF and dragging them onto the timeline in Vegas Pro 8. But then on the timeline the footage is playing back extremely slow. The playback rate seems to be 0,14. Why is this happening? Does anyone know? It must be some kind of misinterpretation of the framerate.

If i velocity-envelope the video event I can increase the speed to 300% wich is still not the speed I desire. Any ideas?
