ex-1 firmware update
Can anyone tell me where to send my ex-1 in for the firmware update ( i live on the eastcoast) and also if Sony has been repairing the white lettering for the controls as well as the black on the handle that has been falling of my 4 month old camera. I just returned from a month long shoot to Indonesia and half of the blk. on the handle has come off my camera!! Also has anyone with a EX-3 tried any of the half inch lenses that are available.I am thinking about picking a EX-3 up and sure could use a longer lens from time to time also would like to know if a higher end lens makes much of a difference. Thanks in advance

I’m also on east coast. I understand that Sony in New Jersey is doing it now although I haven’t confirmed that. Sure would beat sending it to San Jose.

I can confirm that the Teaneck, NJ center is working on EX-1s now. Just sent one there on Friday.
