Event pan/crop on my video fx is gone!
Okay well you know how when you click on video fx, then choose an effect, you can scroll to the bottom and make your effect go on and off at times and make like cool effects, example: effect: black and white. you can scroll and make it so the black and white comes on then 5 seconds later go off. Well that bar that you would use to do that is gone! it has been there before. but can someone please help me?

Maybe the track is too small to click it. Have you tried right-clicking and getting to it from there?
